Strawberry Spinach Salad

Want your family to eat spinach? Try this! A favorite of the Runnin' Blue Devils Girl's Basketball team....

Ingredients

• Dressing:
• 1 package fresh baby spinach
• 1/2 pt fresh strawberries, sliced
• 1/2 c sugar
• 1/4 t paprika
• 1 1/2 t minced onion
• 1/4 t worchestershire sauce
• 2 T sesame seeds
• 1/2 c canola oil
• 1/4 c apple cider vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Blend dressing in blender - pur over spinch and strawberries.

I find the dressing is about twice what I need for one package of spinach so adjust accordingly.
