Asian-Glazed Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons chile garlic paste
  • 10 garlic cloves, minced
  • 8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine vinegar, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, chile paste & garlic, stirring until honey dissolves. Pour mixture into ziploc bag. Add chicken to bag and let marinate in refrigerator for at least one hour.
2. Preheat oven to 425.
3. Remove chicken from bag and reserve marinade. Place chicken in a roasting pan.
4. Pour marinade into a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook for 5 minutes or until syrupy, stirring occasionally. Baste chicken with reserved marinade.
5. Bake for 10 minutes; baste. Bake an additional 10 minutes; baste.
6. Bake and additional 5 minutes or until done. Discard any remaining marinade.
7. Serve with rice snd snap peas.
