Ingredients
- 1 lb. (450 g) pork loin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 4 Carrots (288 g), sliced
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped oranges
- 1/4 cup Kraft Signature Sweet Onion Vinaigrette Dressing
- 2 tsp. Soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Cashews, toasted
Preparation
Step 1
HEAT barbecue to medium-high heat. Combine all ingredients except nuts.
POKE small holes in bottom of large disposable aluminum foil pan; fill with meat mixture. Place on grate of barbecue; cover with lid. Grill 15 min. or until meat is done and vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
TOP with nuts.
Serve over hot cooked rice
**can also be baked in a 350 oven
