Sweet and Sour Carrot Pennies

Ingredients

  • 1 onion,sliced
  • 1 tsp.WorcestershireSauce
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 green Pepper. slivered
  • 1 can tomato Soup
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Mustard
  • 1/2 cup Salad Oil

Preparation

Step 1

Cook carrots in small amount of water until tender Do not overcook Drain and cool. Combine rest of ingredients to make a marinade Stir in carrots and let stand for 24 hours. Will keep for 24 hours.
