Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped onion
- ¼ cup water
- 1 pkg. broccoli
- ½ cup cheese whiz
- 1 stick butter
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup minute rice
- 1 can cream of celery soup
Preparation
Step 1
Cook broccoli per pkg. directions. Sauté onions in butter. Drain broccoli, add all the other ingredients to broccoli.
Bake in 350F over for 30 minutes.
A few bread crumbs sprinkles over the top is good.
Can be mixed ahead of time and placed in refrigerator and baked later.
