  • 1/4 TSP. BLACK PEPPER
  • 1 TSP FINELY CHOPPED FRESH SAGE

Step 1

HEAT OLIVE OIL ADD POTATO COVER AND COOK FOR 5 MINUTES STING ONCE ADD BELL PEPPER ONION GARLIC SALT AND PEPPER
COVER AND COOK STIRRING OCCASIONALLY UNTIL VEG. ARE LIGHTLY BROWNED ABOUT 5 MINUTES LONGER.STIR IN SAGE HEAT 2 TSP OLIVE OIL IN ANOTHER PAN OVER MED HEAT BREAK 4 EGGS IN SKILLETT COVER AND COOK UNTIL WHITES ARE FIRM 3 -4 MINUTES SERVE EGG ON TOP OF HASH
