Pumpkin Cake

A fall favorite

Ingredients

• Icing:
• 1 pkg yellow cake mix
• 1/4 cup water
• 3 eggs
• 1 (16oz) canned pumpkin
• 2 tsp. baking soda
• 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
• 1 cup podwer sugar
• 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
• 1 about 1 Tbsp milk

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and beat for 2 minutes.
Pour in greased and floured bundt pan.
Bake @ 350 for 45 minutes.
Cool for 5 -10 minutes. Dump into a plate.
Cool.

When cool, mix icing and pour over cake.
