Winter Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

  • Dressing:
  • 4 cups raw broccoli florets
  • 4 cups raw cauliflower florets
  • 1 medium red onion, chopped
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp white vinegars
  • alt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Chop up vegetables and place them in a large glass serving bowl.

Mix dressing ingredients together in a small bowl. Pour over vegetables and toss to coat.

Add dried cranberries and toss lightly. Refrigerate before serving as long as you can, at least a couple of hours -- the flavors will enhance the longer its left.
