Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 lb pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
- 1 -3 tsp olive oil
- 1 small onion thinly sliced
- 1 med green pepper, julienned
- 4 tortillas (8 in) warmed
- Shredded cheddar and sour cream opt.
Preparation
Step 1
- Combine spices in small bowl
- In large skillet sdaute pork in oil until no longer pink; add onion and green pepper; cook until crisp-tender
- Sprinkle with seasonings; toss to coat
- Spoon onto tortillas; garnish with cheese and sour cream, if desired
