Best Buttermilk Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter (frozen)
  • 21/2 c self rising flour
  • 1 c buttermilk

Preparation

Step 1

-grate the butter and mix well with flour
-return to freezer for 10 minutes
-make a well in the flour and pour in buttermilk
-stir 15 times
-turn out onto a floured surface
-roll into a rectangle, then fold and roll a total of 5 times
-cut your biscuits
-bake at 475 for 15 minutes or until golden brown
-eat them all
