Ingredients
- 1 pkg stove top stuffing for chicken
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 6 small chicken breast halves, pound to 1/4 inch thick
- 1 can cream chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- paprika
Preparation
Step 1
combine stuffing mix and 1 cup water
let stand 5 min
stir in eggs
spread mixture over chicken, to within 1/2 inch of edges
roll chicken from short end to enclose stuffing
place chicken rolls, seam side down, in 13x9 baking dish
bake 400* for 30 min
