Black Bean Burritos

Ingredients

  • 1/2 med tomato, chopped
  • 2 whole wheat tortillas, 8 inch
  • 3 oz canned black beans
  • 1/4 whole avocado, mashed
  • 2 oz cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 1/2 oz corn

Preparation

Step 1

1) Heat beans until warmed through. Stuff tortilla with beans, corn, tomato and cheese and wrap. Heat in microwave until cheese is melted.

2) Serve burrito topped with salsa and mashed avocado
