- 1/4 lb ground turkey
- 1 1/2 cups onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 whole egg, lightly beaten

Directions
Combine all ingredients, except ketchup, until they begin to come together.
Place mixture, in a mound, in the bottom of the slow cooker and top with ketchup.
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Makes 4 servings.
