Lemon Posset

Ingredients

  • Grated zest and juice from 1 large lemon
  • 4 T dry white wine
  • 1/4 C superfine sugar
  • 1 1/4 C cream
  • 2 egg whites

Preparation

Step 1

Mix lemon zest, juice, wine, sugar together in bowl. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Add cream & beat until soft peaks form. Whisk egg until stiff and fold in. Spoon into glasses and chill.
