Crockpot Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. ground mustard
  • 6 pork chops, about 3/4-inch thick
  • 2 tbs. vegetable oil
  • 1 10 3/4 ounce condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

In a shallow bowl combine flour, salt, mustard and garlic powder.; dredge pork chops in the mixture. In a skillet brown the chops on both sides in the oil. Spray a crockpot with Pam and place the chops in the cooker. Combine the soup and water, pour over the chops.
