Ingredients

  • 1 , Mini Fillo Shells ( I used Athens , frozen foods section at Publix)
  • 2 . French Brie Cheese ( I used Belletoile from Mortons.)
  • 3 . Natural sliced almonds ( I used Sunkist from Publix )
  • 4 . Brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Toast almonds in butter till they have absorbed some butter and start
to brown. 300 degrees. Set aside. After cheese softens, fill cups. Put
in oven and melt. Add a pinch of brown sugar to each cup. Add several
toasted almonds on top. Warm again before serving. They taste their
best when warmed but can be served cold. Enjoy!
