Maudry's Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 8-10 potatoes
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • pinch of baking soda

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.

Peel and boil potatoes. Mash. Add cream cheese, sour cream, and baking soda.

Refrigerate over night.

Dot with butter and seasoning salt.

Bake for 20 minutes covered and for 15 minutes uncovered.
