Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter (1.5 sticks)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup mashed bananas (3)
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cups quick cooking rolled oats
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Cream butter and sugar; blend in egg.
3. Stir in bananas and remaining ingredients.
4. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto parchment paper on baking sheets.
5. Bake until lightly browned and no imprint remains when cookie is touched -- 12 to 15 minutes.
