  • PEPPER
  • 2 EGGS BEATEN
  • SALTINE CRACKERS
  • 2 LEMONS
  • 1 1/2 C CHICKEN BROTH

Preparation

Step 1

COMBINED FLOUR WITH SEASONED SALT & PEPPER
BEAT EGGS AND ADD SOME WATER
CRUMBLE UP SALTINES
PUT VEAL IN FLOUR MIXTURE
THEN EGGS
THEN CRACKERS
GET FRYING PAN VERY HOT, ADD A LITTLE OIL THEN BUTTER
FRY VEAL ON BOTH SIDES AND REMOVE FROM PAN
SQUEEZE 1/2 LEMON INTO PAN
ADD CHICKEN BROTH, THEN VEAL
SLICE ONE LEMON THINLY AND PLACE OVER VEAL
COVER & COOK FOR 15 MINUTES
