Ingredients
- 12 oz lo mein or linguine noodles
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 2 tsp oil
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 10 oz. baby spinach
Preparation
Step 1
Cook noodles according as label directs.
In a skillet, heat oil on med-high.
Add pork; cook 5-7 min or until browned, breaking up with back of wooden spoon,
Whisk together soy sauce,vinegar and Sriracha sauce.
Add to skillet with pork along with spinach. Cook for 2 min. or until pork is cooked through and spinach has wilted, stirring occasionally.
Toss pork mixture with cooked noodles.
