Pot of Lamb Chops

Ingredients

  • 4-6 Lambs Chops
  • 6-8 Baby Potatoes, sliced
  • 2 Carrots, sliced
  • 2 Zuccini, sliced
  • 2 Brown Onions, chopped
  • 2 x350g Cans Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 cups Chicken Stock
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Vegeta

Preparation

Step 1

*Saute onions and garlic in pot.
*Add sliced potatoes on top of onion, spreading evenly as a layer.
*Layer sliced carrots and zuccinis on top.
*Layer the lamb chops on top of potatoes.
*Add chicken stock
*Add Spices
*Layer diced tomatoes over the top
*Close the lid on pot and cook on stove on very low for 1 hour.
