Ingredients
- Plan for about 15-20 beans per person
Preparation
Step 1
Trim about ¼ “ off each end.
Boil about 5 min.- drain immediately and set aside.
In a large sautee pan, melt about 1 tsp. butter with 1 tsp. of olive oil.
Sautee green beans 4-5 minutes.
Right before removing from heat, squeeze a bit of lemon juice over the beans.
Season with salt and pepper.
Can sprinkle with parmesan cheese too.
