Ingredients

  • 1 lb. asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
  • 1/2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1/8 tsp. Mrs Dash original spice blend
  • 1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • cooking spray

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat broiler.

Combine all ingredients (except cooking spray) in a large bowl or dish; toss gently to coat.

Place asparagus on a foil-lined baking sheet, coated with cooking spray. Broil 3 minutes or until desired degree of doneness.
