Ingredients
- 1 lb small pasta shells or elbow noodles cooked
- 1 lb ground beef browned
- Favorite spaghetti sauce
- Shredded mozzarella and parmesan
- Whatever spices you want (maybe Italian seasoning?)
- you can add pureed carrot to the sauce to make it healthier.
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 and line muffin tins with foil and paper liner
2. Mix together all ingredients
3. Scoop into 12 muffin tins
4. Bake 15 minutes
5. Once cooled, can be frozen for 2 weeks- remove foil liner and thaw/ reheat
