Slow Cooker Chili

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef, browned and drained
  • 2 12 oz cans red kidney beans, drained
  • 1 14-1/2 oz cans diced tomatoes, drained
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2-3 Tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover, cook on Low for 8-10 hours.

Note: Add Ragu and bit of water to suit.
