Raisin Bran Muffins

Ingredients

  • 4 3/4 cups Raisin Bran Cereal
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 cups buttermilk

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dry ingredients in large bowl.
Beat the eggs, add oil and butermilk together.
Mix into dry ingredients. Mix until just blended.

Store in covered container in refriderator. Keeps for up to 4 weeks in fridge

To bake fill muffin pan 1/2 full. Bake at 350 for 25 minuted
