Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup (4 oz) shredded sharp cheese
- 4 eggs
- 2-1/2 cup herb-seasoned croutons
- 2 cups frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 1/4 t salt
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325. In a saucepan add milk and cheese heat and stir until blended. Beat 4 eggs in a mixing bowl, add croutons, broccoli and salt. Mix well. Turn in greased 1-1/2 qt casserole. Bake for 45 minutes.
