Apple pancakes

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs beaten
  • milk ( less than a 1/2 cup)
  • salt
  • 2 tablespooons sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • Water to thin the batter

Preparation

Step 1

Beat egg. Add the rest of the ingredients. Thin the batter with water and beat until smooth. Batter should be quite runny. Peel and grate apples. Add to the batter.
Cook on griddle.
Serve with cinnamon and sugar.
