Johnsonville Itialian Sausage Rigatoni

Ingredients

  • 1 (19.76 oz) package Johnsonville Italian Mild Sausage Links, grilled
  • and coined-sliced
  • 26 oz pasta sauce
  • 1 (16) pkg rigatoni pasta
  • 1 large red bell pepper, chunked and sauteed
  • 3 T. olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Preparation

Step 1

Cook sausage according to package directions, keep warm. Cook rigatoni according to directions, keep warm.

In large pan, place olive oil and garlic, saute lightly for 30 seconds. Add peppers and cook until crisp tender.

Combine sausage and pasta sauce with peppers and heat until warm. At this point you may mix with the pasta or serve separately. May want to bake in oven till bubbly.
