Teriyaki chicken for over Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of boneless chicken breast- cut into chicken
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup chopped white onion
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 TBSP fresh ginger
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper

Preparation

Mix the sauce together.

Layer that on the chicken cook 4-5 hours on low
