Spinach Artichoke Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2-10 oz. pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
  • 1-14 oz. artichokes, chopped and drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1-8 oz. sour cream
  • 2 t. flour
  • 1 T. parsley
  • 1/4 t. worch. sauce
  • 1 T. butter
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 T. lemon juice
  • 1/2 t. pepper
  • 2 c. Pepper Jack Cheese, shredded

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first 7 ingredients in large bowl. Melt butter; add mushrooms and next 3 ingredients. Saute mushrooms slightly; then add to spinach mixture. Add cheese until well blended. Bake in a 9x13 greased pan at 400 for 30 minutes.
