Ingredients
- 4 C Avocado, diced medium
- 2 C grape or cherry tomatoes cut in half
- 2 C cucumber diced medium
- 1 C red onion diced small
- 4 TBS fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tsp fresh garlic, minced
- 2 TBS lime juice
- 1/4 C Olive Oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare and toss all ingredients together. Refrigerate until served.
