Popcorn Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 T. Wesson Oil
  • 1/2 c. popcorn
  • coloring
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. light karo
  • 2 T. butter
  • 1 T. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Heat 2 T. Wesson oil until hot then pop 2-3 pans full (1/2 c. each time). Heat coloring, sugar, light karo - heat until bubbling or sugar is melted and clear. Add 2 T butter until melted. Take off heat. Add vanilla, stir and pour over popcorn.
Can be made into balls or just eaten out of the bowl.
