Italian Chicken Pasta Skillet

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 small onion, cut into thin wedges
  • 1 jar (24 oz.) spaghetti sauce
  • 2 cups mostaccholi, cooked and drained
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook and stir chicken in large skillet, about 5 minutes. Add vegetables and cook 5 minutes more or until chicken is done and vegetables are crisp tender. Add sauce and pasta, cook 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Stir in 1 cup cheese and top with remaining cheese. Cover, let stand for 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
