Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz) bag fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 lge cooking apple, chopped
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground ginger
Preparation
Step 1
In saucepan, combine all ingred, bring to boil, stirring constantly
Reduce heat & simmer 15-20 minutes or until apple is tender & mixture thickens.
Cool completely
Store in refrigerator. Serve over cream cheese with crackers or as a condiment with pork, ham or chicken.
