Swedish Thin Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs (well beaten)
  • 1 C flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbls sugar
  • 2 C milk

Preparation

Step 1

Sift flour, sugar and salt into bowl. Add eggs and milk gradually. Stir until smooth. Let sant 1 hour and beat again. May be used immediately also. Warm griddle to 300 degrees. Pour on lighly geased skillet forming small thin pancakes. Turn whne underside is necely browned.
