Aspen's Strawberry Smoothy

Our Granddaughter came up with this great smoothy recipe. It's made with frozen strawberries and Splenda. Lots of ways one could adjust this recipe to meet individual tastes or modify.

Ingredients

• 1 C Ice
• 1 C Frozen strawberries
• 1 C Splenda
• 1 C milk (your choice-fat free, 1%, 2% or whole)

Preparation

Step 1

Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse/blend until all ingredients are mixed. Pour into a large glass and enjoy!
