Cherry Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 1 can Cherry Pie Filling
  • 1/2 t. Almond extract
  • Step #2
  • 1 C. Bisquick Baking Mix
  • 1 T. Sugar
  • 1/4 C. Milk
  • 1 T. Soft Butter
  • 1/4 C. Pecans, (chopped)
  • Easy to make, 6 servings
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix Pie Filling and Extract and place it in an ungreased 1 1/2 quart Casserole Dish. Place in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

2. Meanwhile mix the remaining ingredients together to form a soft dough.

3. Remove the Cherry mixture from the oven and drop all the dough, by spoonfuls, onto the Cherry mixture.

4. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Can be served with light Cream. I like mine just plain or topped with Cool Whip.
