Ingredients
- 1 can beets (thin sliced and drained)
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 apple (shredded)
- 1/2 c. red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 - 1 tsp fresh tarragon
Preparation
Step 1
Prep veggies and add to bowl. Pour in oil & lemon juice, sprinkle with tarragon and let chill.
