Tuna Casserole

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. elbow macaroni
  • Can cream of mushroom
  • 12 oz. tuna
  • 1 c. evaporated milk (or 1/2 c. regular)
  • 1 c. shredded cheddar
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder (or 1/3 c. chopped onion)
  • crushed potato chips
  • crushed red pepper flakes (or paprika)

Preparation

Step 1

Boil pasta according to directions. Mix in everything else and top with chips and red pepper. Bake for 30 minutes on 425 in a greased pan. May need to cover with foil part way through to keep chips from burning.
