Ingredients
- 4 c cooked and shredded chicken
- 2 cans chicken broth (14.5 oz)
- 2 cans green chilies, do not drain
- 3 cans navy beans (drained)
- 1 pkg McCormick White Bean Chicken Chili Seasoning
- 1 sweet onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbls canola oil
- Top with avacado and whole wheat croutons
Preparation
Step 1
Cook and shred chicken, place in soup pot, add remaining ingredients except for toppings. Cook on stovetop until heated thru.
2 cans of green chilies was hot! Used 1 and a ¼ cans of green chilies
