Strawberry Bavarian Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 Baked Pie Shell
  • 1 package Strawberry Jello
  • 1 1/2 C. Hot Water
  • 1/4 C. Sugar
  • Dash of Salt
  • 2 T. Lemon Juice
  • 2 C. Crushed Strawberries
  • 1/2 C. Whipped Cream
  • A few Nice Looking Whole Strawberries for Garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve Jello in Hot Water. Add Sugar, Salt, and Lemon Juice. Chill till slightly thickened. Add Crushed Strawberries, and then fold in Whipped Cream.

Turn into a Baked Pie Shell. Chill until firm, and Garnish with a few Whole Strawberries.
