Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets or salmon steaks
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, peeled and finley chopped
Preparation
Step 1
mix oil soy sauce, scallions, garlic and ginger to make a marinade.
marinade for no more than 1 hour
grill or bake salmon
