CRAB MEAT DIP

Ingredients

  • 1 can crab meat claws (drained)
  • 6 boiled eggs
  • ¾ cup celery hearts, diced fine
  • 5 or 6 green onions, including stems
  • 1 pint Kraft mayonnaise

Preparation

Step 1

Mash eggs with potato masher; add crab meat and stir. Stir in celery and onions. Add mayonnaise and stir well.

Make at least a day ahead of time. Seal tight. Refrigerate. Keeps well. Serve with Club Crackers.
