Ingredients

  • 3 cups (400 G) flour
  • 1 1/2 TBS sugar
  • 1 ts salt
  • 3 sticks chilled butter, cubed
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 5 TBS milk

Preparation

Step 1

Blend dry ingredients.
Cut in the butter, coating pea sized butter chunks or smaller, with flour.
Mix in egg yolks.
Add milk until just holds together.
