Ingredients
- 3 cups (400 G) flour
- 1 1/2 TBS sugar
- 1 ts salt
- 3 sticks chilled butter, cubed
- 3 egg yolks
- 5 TBS milk

Step 1
Blend dry ingredients.
Cut in the butter, coating pea sized butter chunks or smaller, with flour.
Mix in egg yolks.
Add milk until just holds together.
