Crockpot Reubens

Ingredients

  • 2 (2.5 oz.) pkgs. corned beef
  • 1 can sauerkraut
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 c. mayo
  • 1 T. dill weed

Preparation

Step 1

Cut up beef. Drain kraut. Shred or cut up cheese. Put in crockpot in order given. Add mayo and dill. Mix well. Stir occasionally. Cook on high 3-4 hours. Serve on rye bread or rye crackers.
