Ingredients
- 8 ounces wide egg noodles
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
1Cook noodles using package directions; drain well. Keep warm.
2Combine ricotta, milk, granulated sugar and cinnamon in a small saucepan.
3Cook the ricotta mixture, stirring continually, until the mixture is smooth and heated through, about 3 minutes.
4Combine noodles and ricotta mixture in a large bowl and toss to mix well. Serve warm.
