Broccoli Supreme Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 cups uncooked broccoli florets, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 1/2 cups grapes, any kind or a mixture of kinds
  • 3/4 cups raisins
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tsp table salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice (canned or bottled)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/3 cup dry-roasted salted sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup shredded fat-free shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/4 cup reduced-calorie mayo
  • 8 tbsp Hormel Real Bacon Bits

Preparation

Step 1

Mix mayo, lemon juice, salt, pepper and onion powder together. In separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Stir in sauce and enjoy!
