Ingredients

• 3 cup vinegar
• 4 cups white sugar
• 2 large onions, grated
• 6-7 beets

Preparation

Step 1

1. Bring Vinegar, sugar, and onions to a boil till onions cooked
2. Cook beets and peel and slice - put in jars and pour boiled liquid into jars and seal
